Privacy notice

The operator of Chalupa U Kraslice processes form data to handle enquiries, communicate with guests and manage stays. Contact: info@ukraslice.cz.

Data we store

We store your name, email, phone number if provided, dates, number of guests, language and note. Access is limited to authorised property administrators. Email and calendar service providers also process data when their services are used.

Your rights and retention

You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion by email. We retain data for as long as needed to manage your stay and meet related legal obligations. Do not include sensitive personal data in your note.

Cookies and external services

The website uses a cookie to remember your language for one year, with no marketing or analytics cookies. Your country is determined from your IP locally on the server; the IP is not stored or sent to another service for language selection. The Google map loads automatically when its section is displayed, and Google processes connection data. Google and e-chalupy have their own privacy policies.
